In the past I had a job that I had to be at by 5:50 AM and I would eat a small bowl of cereal around 5:15 and then have a snack at about 9 and another one at about 11, not eat lunch and eat dinner by 5:30 at the latest.Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09239580042161761524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7507418210021289545.post-75680583030416741462011-01-06T10:25:52.033-05:002011-01-06T10:25:52.033-05:00I also do not do resolutions. And I also looked at fat-face pics of myself last May and was like "I am done" and dropped 15 pounds (over a 6 month period - it was slow). Got a whole lot faster too!

Oh, and knitting is fun! If it doesn't click for you, try crochet. It's a lot easier and more "mulligan" friendly if you screw up a stitch.chiarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09597283400851387772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7507418210021289545.post-57052461996898874152011-01-06T09:15:41.800-05:002011-01-06T09:15:41.800-05:00I wake up at 5:30 a.m. and eat my "first brea...I wake up at 5:30 a.m. and eat my "first breakfast" around 6 a.m., usually a bowl of Bumpers or Puffins. Then, I eat my "second breakfast" when I get to work around 7:30 a.m., either a hard-boiled egg and banana/orange, or a muffin if I have some. Then I'll usually have a snack anywhere from 9-10 a.m., then eat lunch at 11 a.m.! I find that eating breakfast in parts helps me not get ravenous by 10 a.m.

My coworker once said "you're always eating!" and it's kind of true, at least at work, lolEvery Little Thinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06294505252628513391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7507418210021289545.post-74256834359758804872011-01-06T09:00:56.428-05:002011-01-06T09:00:56.428-05:00I attempted to take up knitting, but still haven&#...I attempted to take up knitting, but still haven't gotten any further than casting on...haha.

I don't make New Year's Resolutions, because I'm constantly setting new goals for myself. I agree about not wanting to get swept up in the crowd.

Good luck with all of your goals!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04427359086771713989noreply@blogger.com
