I can't imagine going through something where I literally just can't run because of ongoing physical troubles. Best of luck in figuring out what's wrong and getting it under control so that you can start really running again!Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09239580042161761524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7507418210021289545.post-35075973995073202722010-03-03T19:57:07.135-05:002010-03-03T19:57:07.135-05:00I stumbled upon your blog yesterday and love it. I...I stumbled upon your blog yesterday and love it. I can so relate (not only bc I live just outside of Philly and love running on the Drive). I am an injured runner too. I have been sidelined on and off since August!! I had my best Broad St run in May, ran a PR in a 5K in June and enjoyed a summer of running. Then, after a week at the shore (not running), I come back and feel major pain in my hip after running. It got to the point where I couldn't even walk. After seeing an orthopedist, months in rehab, and an MRI, I finally saw a back specialist who noticed a bulging disc. I am getting ready for a second epidural injection and am about 80% better. I have given up on Broad St for the year. I feel your pain. All we are trying to do is something good for our bodies! Good luck with everything and keep up the great blog!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14078198466067832582noreply@blogger.com
