Choppin' Broccoli

I have been eating a LOT of roasted broccoli lately.



And every time I make it, I can't help but sing this to myself.



Yeah.



Whatever, it's still delicious. Why did I never think to roast broccoli before? Oh, blogworld. The things you teach me.

    Roasting broccoli (as well as roasted cauliflower) is beyond fab. I prefer roasting veggies over steaming - just adds such a great flavor.

    Now I'm going to have that song stuck in my head ;)
